I came in with a sprained ankle (which had been giving me issues for months) and pulled hamstring. They introduced me to shockwave therapy (and later electromagnetic therapy), and after a few sessions I felt considerable improvement in both areas. I finished my last session today and feel completely back to normal, almost as if the injuries were never there! Two weeks after partially tearing my adductor tendon, I was in bad shape. I could barely walk. While on a business trip, someone mentioned that I should look into shockwave therapy. I’ve been coming to Phil for over 6 months now and he is the best physical therapist I’ve ever been to. He has put so much time into learning the body’s processes and is extremely knowledgeable. He’s put a lot of effort and making sure he has the newest equipment and does his research how to best use it to help you. He’s helped with my neck pain, back pain, and my husbands shoulder pain. I’m currently in the process of body sculpting, and it’s made a WORLD of difference in my muscle strength. If you need a good physical therapist. I went in for pelvic floor weakness, we started with exercises and shockwave therapy for my sciatica pain. Phil convinced me to try his electromagnetic machine. I was very skeptical cause it sounds kooky but it worked. I had been doing the exercises and only noticed a slight improvement. But after a couple of sessions on the machine my sciatica pain is gone and my pelvic floor muscles or noticeably stronger. It’s really was the kick start Phil promised. If I could give Timpanogos PT a higher rating than 5 stars, I would. I saw improvement each week and no matter what it was, they were happy for me. I have had PT before on this same knee but with Phil, Kelsey and Austin - they made it fun and interesting - it wasn't boring. I got the chance to work with all 3 of them and I think that helped me too because I had different people working on my knee/leg. They made me feel like a person and that they CARED! I have never had that with other PT companies. They didn't treat me like a person. Sometimes I just felt like part of the heard. With Timpanogos PT I wasn't just someone who they collected money from - I was a real live person who hurt and was frustrated at times. I would recommend everyone to see Phil and his wonderful staff. I don't think they will ever know how grateful I am with the job they did.
